2. Orders & Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is our acceptance of your order and forms the contract between us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch, for example where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; in such cases you will be refunded in full.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
4. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed on each product page and at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Product Information
We take care to describe and photograph products accurately. Minor variations in colour, packaging, or design may occur. Product images are illustrative. Sizing information is provided as guidance; please check measurements before ordering.
6. Cancellations & Returns
Your statutory rights, including the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are set out in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Faulty Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging, and we will offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Age & Safety
Products sold on this site are intended for purchase by adults. Please follow all age recommendations and safety guidance shown on product packaging.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order applies.
